Bio

 

Liran Fainaru Shoseyov is a Ph.D. candidate at the Federmann School of Public Policy and Governance, Hebrew University. Her research examines the policymaking processes surrounding disruptive inventions, with a particular focus on regulatory responses in biotechnology. She holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship (summa cum laude) and a BSc in Chemistry from Tel Aviv University. Liran has received multiple academic distinctions, including the Stempler Scholarship for Excellent Research Students and the Hebrew University Rector's Prize. Her professional experience includes research and teaching roles in public policy, as well as leadership positions in innovation management and impact assessment.
